KAYF (Korean American Youth Foundation) DBL Mission Statement 
The  goal of the KAYF's DBL program is to provide players of any level an   opportunity to learn and experience the teamwork and sportsmanship   displayed in the DBL program all while providing a safe and entertaining   basketball environment.  We do  not tolerate profanity, negativity or  taunts towards the other players  in our program.  Basketball is our  vessel to connecting to fellow  Koreans that we may not otherwise have  met or associated with due to  geographic restrictions or differences in  interests. The DBL program provides a common ground in helping the  community unify  and expand the Korean community basketball and on  beyond.
4th DBL League / Spring 2011 tips-off this Monday 01/24/11 + Opening ceremony from 8PM to 8:20PM (Newspaper reporters + KAYF Pres.)Only   this Monday will be 1st Game at 7PM, Opening ceremony then 2nd Game at   8:30PM (2nd game players, please come before 8PM for our ceremony)

Rules & Regulation (NCAA College Rules)
- 2 Halves of 22 minutes (We added 2 more minutes than NCAA)
running clock until the last 2 minutes of the second half. Over 20 point lead, they will be no stop clock. 
- 4 timeouts per game
- 30 second shot clock (shot clock can be only seen by the scoreboard keeper) 
- No jumpballs, possession arrow
- 10 second half court violation
- 5 personal fouls allowed
- 7 team fouls per half, 1 and 1 free throw shooting / 10 team fouls per half 2 free throws shooting
- 1st overtime will be 2 minute, 2nd overtime will be 1 minute / 1 timeout will be given per OT
***   DBL Rule - If you do not wear the DBL uniform, the opposing team will   be awarded 2 free throw technical shots per missing uniform
