The long fought 2011 Spring 4th DBL season is finally over! From the crazy ankle breaking crossovers to the dramatic game winning buzzer beaters, this season was FIRE from beginning to end, start to finish, top to bottom. Players all hustled hard this season! They sweated blood and tears but overall they had a good time on the court doing what they love doing, playing basketball!
Congratulations to the 2011 Spring DBL season champions, the BLUE DEVILS. they were fast, feisty, aggressive, unselfish but the key for them was their unbelievable team work. AN HO LEE, was crowned as back to back MVP for 2 seasons straight averaging 19 points and 9 rebounds a game. Much respect "Scottie". Also, congrats to MIKE KIM for earning his title as not only the best defensive player of the season but also the 3-point champion! 2 titles a season? Very nice. Also, great job to the rookies of the season, ANDREW HAN and JIN WOO JANG! They were like Blake Griffin and Kevin Love of DBL. They were so physical and dominant on boards at the same time showed the league their great abilites to score. And last but not least, MICHAEL LEE for most improved player of this season. Michael showed the league that hard work does get you far.
Every single player did amazingly this season. Thanks to all the players for such a great season. Definitely one of the best yet! Can't wait til the next one ! Ball Game !
